PC的常用性

  

    PC的熔融粘度高,成型收缩率恒定在0.5~0.7%。在较高温度,较长时间的载荷作用下,冷流动性较小,要优于POM(聚甲醛)。PC的热变形温度为132~148℃,若用玻璃纤维增强后还可提高15℃左右。它的线胀系数小,耐老化性能较好。

    PC有良好的透光性,透光率在塑料中仅次于PMMA和PS,可以制作透明塑料制品,也可以着色制成鲜艳的制品。PC的吸水率很小,在潮湿环境中使用时尺寸变化很小。它有优良的耐热性,可在130℃高温状态下长期使用,耐寒性也很好,在-180℃时仍不易脆裂。

    PC的力学性能与PA和POM相近,但冲击强度是常用工程塑料中好的品种之一,远优于PA。PC的电绝缘性能优良,化学稳定性好,在室温下能耐稀酸、氧化剂、还原剂、盐、脂肪烃等,奶油性能良好。
